Malejunction Webmaster Terms and Conditions

1. Malejunction is not financially responsible for any technological problems or failure either of its own site or that of its 3rd party rebiller. Malejunction will not be held financially held responsible for lost sales or refunds due to server failure, credit card biller failure, malfunctioning of server scripts, failure of 3rd party leased content feeds or other performance failures.

2. Malejunction reserves the right to restrict, refuse or terminate affiliates. Malejunction reserves the right not to accept any application to become an affiliate of the website.

3. You must be over 18 to be an affiliate of Malejunction.


4. No spamming in any form.


5. Only approved content may be used. Images must be served from your server. Malejunction provides content to affiliates for promotional purposes only. We retain the exclusive ownership of the images and movies. Absolutely no other content from the Malejunction’s member’s area may be used with this Affiliate Program. All galleries must always be accompanied with a link to the malejunction-videos.com website. All copyright and watermarking must remain on the images. Images may not be altered other than resizing and/or renaming, or used to create new banners. You can re-arrange galleries, with max 15 photos or 30 screen captures.

Video clips provided to affiliates by Malejunction may be cut into shorter scenes but must retain watermarks.

6. Banners and text links may be used. You may use text links and banners we provide (See our banners pages). If you develop your own banners and advertising materials that use Malejunction content, we may make them available to other affiliates to use without notice.

7. No Malejunction images may be used to promote any other site except Malejunction-videos.com.

8. No sites hosted on free servers. You must own the domains/website(s) that you use to promote Malejunction-videos.com.


9. No site containing any type of illegal content, or promoting illegal activities, including but not limited to: Copyrighted material/media/content/images/videos not owned by the webmaster or used without written permission by the original owner(s); No Yahoo Groups (or similar); Links to illegally distributed copyrighted material; Warez; Traded Passwords; Child pornography, rape, torture, etc. You will not make the content of Malejunction-videos.com available to minors.

10. No malejunction-videos.com images or videos may be used to promote any other site but Malejunction-videos.com. Our preview videos and photos may not be used to promote other membership or free sites. This will result in instant termination of your affiliate account and seizure of all payment due including rebills.

11. Malejunction reserves the right to cancel, modify and amend the terms at any time. Malejunction reserves the right to modify and/or amend the terms of this agreement as it deems necessary.

12. No cyber squatting on any of our domains. This includes typos and close spellings of our site names and domains. You must not use misspellings or close spellings of our domains as keywords on your sites.

13. We reserve the right to suspend any accounts without notice if found to be violating any of our terms in any way, shape or form.
